NARRAGANSETT INDIAN TRIBE’S 351st ANNUAL AUGUST MEETING
The Narragansett Indian Tribe will be celebrating our 351 st recorded annual August Meeting
Pow Wow on Saturday, August 8, 2026, and August 9, 2026. Chief Sachem Anthony Dean
Stanton welcomes all of Rhode Island to join the Tribe in celebration and share in the traditional
food, singing, and dancing.
All activities are held on the Narragansett Indian Reservation off Route 2 and old Mill Road in
Charlestown RI. Gates open at 10:00 am both days. Admission is $10.00 for adults and $3.00
for children. Grand entry will begin at 2:00 pm on both days.
Additionally, the Church Board invites all to share services at the Tribe’s Historic Church.
Sunday services will be held at 9:30 am and 11:00 am
